Hours of Operation

We are available to you 24 hours per day. Please note that services requested outside a normal business day may be billed at a higher rate.

24 Hours Notice for Service Requests

Concierge On The Fly will make every attempt to satisfy your service request.  However, please provide at least 24 hours notice to ensure that we are able to fully accommodate your request.

Fees

Fees begin accruing when work is begun on a Client’s service request. All services are prepaid. Concierge On The Fly will require an amount up front adequate to complete the service request, including the costs to cover any charges by third party vendors, purchases requested by the Client, plus incidentals, e.g., gas, tolls, parking, etc.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a service order requires 24 hours notice via phone or email. Failure to provide any notice may result in a charge.  You may also be subject to other fees charged by a third party vendor.  Please be advised that such vendor may have its own cancellation policies and fees and may require additional notice.

Service Areas

Service areas include the greater Washington, D.C. areas. 

Refusal of Service

Concierge On The Fly may refuse any service request it believes to be unsafe, illegal or otherwise unsuitable.

Confidentiality

All Client information is maintained in the strictest confidence.  Client information is not shared with third parties without consent.
