Policies

 

Hours of Operation

Our office hours are 9 am to 6 pm, EST, Monday through Saturday.  However, we are available to you 24 hours per day. Please note that services requested outside our normal business hours may incur additional charges.

24 Hours Notice for Service Requests

Concierge On The Fly will make every attempt to satisfy your service request.  However, please provide at least 24 hours notice to ensure that we are able to fully accommodate your request.

Fees

Fees are quoted on an hourly basis.  All services have a 2 hour minimum.  After the first 2 hours, fees are billed in 15 minute increments. Charges by third party vendors, merchandise purchased at the request of the Client and incidental costs (e.g., gas, tolls, parking, etc.) are the responsibility of the Client and are not included in the fees quoted.

All services are prepaid. Concierge On The Fly will require a Client to deposit a Service Fee Retainer plus a Cost Retainer before services will begin. The Service Fee Retainer will be an amount usually double the number of service hours requested by the Client to ensure an amount adequate on account to complete the service request. The Cost Retainer will be an amount adequate to cover any charges by third party vendors, purchases requested by the Client, plus incidentals, e.g., gas, tolls, parking, etc. Any Retainer amounts left on account at the completion of the service request will be refunded to the Client or used in accordance with the Client's instructions.

Fees begin accruing when work is begun on a Client’s service request.

Unused Hours

Unused Retainer amounts on account after the completion of a service request will be refunded to the Client, or used in accordance with the Client's instructions.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a service order requires 24 hour notice via phone or email. Failure to provide any notice will result in a charge of $75.  You may also be subject to other fees charged by a third party vendor.  Please be advised that such vendor may have its own cancellation policies and fees and may require additional notice.

Mileage

Mileage is included in our rates up to the first 15 miles and is billed at $.50 per mile for each additional mile thereafter.  Client is responsible for mileage in excess of 15 miles within the agreed upon parameters.

Service Areas

Service areas include the greater Miami and Ft. Lauderdale areas.  Generally, Concierge On The Fly works within a 40 mile radius from Coral Gables to Ft. Lauderdale.

Refusal of Service

Concierge On The Fly may refuse any service request it believes to be unsafe, illegal or otherwise unsuitable.

Confidentiality

All Client information is maintained in the strictest confidence.  Client information is not shared with third parties without consent.
